What data we process
Only the data you send us through the contact form or by e-mail: name, e-mail address, selected topic and message text. Technical access logs (such as IP address and access time) are kept by the hosting provider for security reasons.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to reply to you and to prepare an offer if requested. The legal basis is your request for communication and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no external tracking services. Fonts and scripts are part of the site itself. To load faster, your browser may keep a copy of the pages in its cache. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where required.
Who receives the data
We do not sell your data. The hosting and e-mail provider (Hostinger) has access as a processor, solely to run the site and deliver messages.
How long we keep it
We keep messages until your request is handled and for no longer than 12 months after the last communication, unless the law requires longer retention (for example if a contract is concluded).
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time. Just write to the e-mail above.
Complaints
If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
